Welcome! I’m Wendy, the proud owner of PMU Luxe Beauty, a premier permanent makeup studio based in Wilmington, Delaware.

After earning my degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of Delaware and spending years in the legal field, I realized I wanted more than the traditional 9-to-5. I dreamed of creating something of my own—a business built around passion, creativity, and purpose.

In 2020, during one of the most uncertain times in the world, I took a leap of faith. Fueled by my love for beauty and a deep desire for independence, I began my journey into the world of permanent makeup. What started as a bold decision quickly turned into a calling. With intensive training, continuous education, and a commitment to excellence, I built what is now PMU Luxe Beauty (formerly known as Brow Muze Studio).

Over the years, I’ve learned that exceptional service is rooted in both experience and professionalism. At PMU Luxe Beauty, we specialize in personalized, high-quality services designed to enhance natural beauty and simplify daily routines. Every client is unique, and my goal is always to help women feel more confident and radiant in their skin—while saving them time every day.

When I’m not creating flawless brows or working on my business, I’m enjoying life with my amazing husband, Javi, and our beautiful daughter, Genesis. ❤️
